Building a new integration today? Start with v1alpha1 — it's the direction the platform is going, with a smaller and better-typed surface. The preview label means the endpoints documented here are illustrative and are likely to change as they move toward general availability; treat request and response details as subject to revision.
Have an integration running today? Stay on v0.1. Nothing you're using is being removed; the version label just makes explicit what shape you're on. When you're ready to move to the newer API, migration guidance will live under the v1alpha1 tree.
