Event Types

Each event type provides detailed information about the payload structure, including the data that is sent when a particular event occurs. Events are grouped into three categories:

Developer Events

Events used by Cirrus Insight to validate the configuration of your webhook endpoint. Your endpoint must handle the developer.webhook.test event successfully before any other events will be delivered.

Configuration Events

Audit events that fire whenever your company's settings, profile, service accounts, or domains are modified in the Cirrus Insight admin panel. These events are useful for meeting compliance requirements around configuration and change management.

Scheduling Events

Events that fire when meetings are booked, rescheduled, or canceled through Cirrus Insight's three scheduling experiences: Smart Scheduler, Personal Scheduling, and Team Scheduling.
